Prints: print charges are based on paper tier and square footage measurement. Full bleed or additional white border available upon request. A 50% deposit may be required on orders over $500.
Payments are due at print release. For prints that will be shipped, payment is due at time of invoice.
A 20% late fee will be applied at (5) days past due. A 40% late fee applies at (10) days past due and so on.
For orders over $150, one proof is included in the print price.
Each additional proof is $10.00 or more depending on size of final print – cost can be credited to final order.
Basic color adjustments and fine tuning are included in print cost.
Advanced retouching and additional Photoshop work quoted upon request.
On print (paper) size: up to an 1/8 cut tolerance (but not exceeding) should be allowed.
Additional papers available dependent on size of order.
Free delivery by hand (non rush orders) available to many New York City locations and to our preferred framer / mounter in Brooklyn, The Shadowbox Shop.
Rush orders: a 50% fee may apply. Tell us your timeline and we will do out best to avoid rush fees if at all possible (dependent on our current orders).
UPS or Fed Ex (if requested) for out of area orders.
Dependent on size of order, preliminary paper sample meetings are available.
